Snickerdoodles Wheat/Gluten Free


Snickerdoodles:

1 cup butter

1 & 1/2 cups pure cane sugar

2 organic Eggs

2 tsp cream of tartar

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 & 1/2 cups Awesome Flour Mix

In an electric mixer cream together the butter, sugar, and eggs.

Then add the cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Lastly add in the flour mixture. Mix Well

Roll into balls and then roll in cinnamon sugar. Place the balls on a cookie sheet and with a fork gently press them down. Bake @ 375 for 10-12 minutes.

Amazing flour Mix:

2 cups brown rice flour (gluten free)

½ cup Tapioca Flour

½ cup Arrowroot Flour

1 Tbsp Xanthum gum

Mix well and store in an airtight container
