Hidden Sources of Wheat

To identify foods containing wheat, yet are not sufficiently labeled, has been the most difficult challenge for me.

If a particular food products label doesn’t directly state it contains wheat whereas in reality it does and it is hidden behind some other language and I eat it I will quickly get very sick.  So the following is a list of products I have learned may contain wheat and often do.

This is why I cook from scratch the majority of my foods. Food products are constantly changing so ALWAYS read the labels

I CANNOT STATE THE IMPORTANCE OF READING LABELS
