Korean Meatballs
2 lbs lean ground beef 3 Tbsp tamari (gluten/wheat free)
3 green onions finely chopped
3 garlic cloves crushed 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp sesame oil 2 eggs lightly beaten
Directions:
In a bowl combine the ground beef, tamari, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and beaten eggs, mix well.
Form into little balls.
In a skillet add 3-4 tbsp olive oil and heat over medium heat.
Place the meatballs into the oil and brown all sides.
Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them in a 9 x 13 glass pan.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
Serve with jasmine rice and lightly stir-fried vegetables of choice and Wheat/Gluten (wf) free Tamari sauce & sesame seeds.
