Sweet Cornbread-Wheat/Gluten Free

Sweet Gluten Free Cornbread

2 cups organic cornmeal

2 cups Amazing Flour Mix (recipe is on my blog pages)

1 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp salt

3/4 cup peanut oil

4 eggs

2 cups milk

First: Mix all of the dry ingredients then add in the peanut oil, eggs and milk and mix well.

Grease a 9x13 pan with 2 Tbsp peanut oil then pour your batter into this greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Ovens differ so cooking times may need to be adjusted.

Amazing flour Mix:

2 cups brown rice flour (gluten free)

½ cup Tapioca Flour

½ cup Arrowroot Flour

1 Tbsp Xanthum gum

Mix well and store in an airtight container
