Rich Exotic Chili

Rich Exotic Chili

1 lb. Organic WF Hamburger

1 lb. Organic WF Breakfast sausage

2 medium onions peeled and finely diced

1 tbsp Olive Oil

2, 16 oz. cans of WF tomato sauce

4 cans organic WF red beans

Spice mix:

(note: make sure all of your spices are clean & wheat/gluten free)

2 tsp. Chili Powder

1 tsp. Carob Powder

1 tsp. Sea Salt

1 tsp. Cumin

½ tsp. ground Cinnamon

½ tsp. ground Ginger

½ tsp granulated Garlic

¼ tsp Cayenne powder

In a frying pan, sauté the onions in the olive oil until they are a light golden color. Then set aside.

Next fry the hamburger and sausage and cook and stir until the meats are finely crumbled.

Once the meats are cooked and crumbled add in the spice mix, onion, tomato sauce and red beans.

Stir and simmer for an hour, stirring frequently to prevent the chili from burning to the bottom of the pan. Enjoy
